Vegetable Chowder
Ingredients
- 3 c potatoes cubed
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 stock broccoli chopped
- 1 large carrot grated
- 2 stocks celery chopped
- 3 c water
- 1 Tbsp chicken flavored bouillon
- 1 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Put vegetables water and bouillon in large soup kettle Simmer until potatoes are just tender
- Add white sauce and simmer for 10 minutes longer
- Add cheese salt and pepper
- Stir to melt cheese and serve
