Vegetable Crunch

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Veg-All drained
  • 1 can peas
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 c sharp or medium cheese grated
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1 c celery

Directions

  1. Mix all together
  2. Put in greased casserole dish
  3. Crumble Ritz crackers on top
  4. Drizzle 12 cup margarine on top
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350
