Vegetable Kabobs
Ingredients
- 12 fresh large mushrooms
- 2 small zucchini cut into 1-inch diagonal slices
- 14 cup Italian salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 cherry tomatoes
Directions
- Pour boiling water over mushrooms and let stand 2 minutes drain
- On 4 skewers alternately thread mushrooms and zucchini Combine Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce
- Grill kabobs over medium coals about 12 minutes turning and brushing often with salad dressing mixture
- Thread cherry tomatoes on end of skewers and grill 5 to 10 minutes more until heated through turning and brushing often with salad dressing mixture
- Yield 4 servings
