Vegetable Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 12 fresh large mushrooms
  • 2 small zucchini cut into 1-inch diagonal slices
  • 14 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 cherry tomatoes

Directions

  1. Pour boiling water over mushrooms and let stand 2 minutes drain
  2. On 4 skewers alternately thread mushrooms and zucchini Combine Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce
  3. Grill kabobs over medium coals about 12 minutes turning and brushing often with salad dressing mixture
  4. Thread cherry tomatoes on end of skewers and grill 5 to 10 minutes more until heated through turning and brushing often with salad dressing mixture
  5. Yield 4 servings
