Vegetable Lasagna
Ingredients
- carrots
- broccoli
- cauliflower
- yellow squash
- lasagna noodles
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- Italian seasoning
- grated Mozzarella cheese
- Ricotta cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions
- Drain Steam carrots broccoli cauliflower and yellow squash until tender
- Drain
- To vegetables add cream of celery soup
- Season with Italian seasoning
- In baking dish build layers of noodles vegetables and grated Mozzarella and Ricotta cheese
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese
- Bake in 350 oven until cheese is bubbly and brown
