Vegetable Marinade With Tangy Dressing

Ingredients
- 23 c vinegar
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 12 c sugar
- 14 c oil
- 1 can each corn peas and green beans drained
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 4 oz jar pimento drained and diced
- 1 c onion chopped
- 1 c celery chopped
Directions
- Heat together vinegar salt pepper sugar and oil until sugar is dissolved
- Set aside to cool
- Place vegetables in large bowl and pour dressing over vegetable mixture
- Refrigerate overnight Serves 6 to 8
