2 1 lb pkg frozen cauliflower broccoli and carrots
14 c chopped onion
14 c chopped celery
4 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12 can milk
12 c grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
Prepare vegetables according to package Saute onion and celery in 2 tablespoons butter
Pour into baking dish
Using same pan make a sauce with 2 tablespoons butter milk and soup Add shredded cheese until melted Add sauce to vegetables Toss and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
