Vegetable Medley Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 head cauliflower
- carrots to equal the amount of cauliflower or broccoli
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 14 c chopped onion
- 34 c mayonnaise
- 3 to 4 Tbsp horseradish
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 13 c dry bread crumbs
Directions
- Steam vegetables until dente
- Add the water chestnuts
- Mix onion mayonnaise horseradish salt and pepper
- Add to vegetables and toss until coated
- Put in casserole and cover with bread crumbs on top
- Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika In a moderate oven 350 bake until warm throughout and crumbs get brown
