Vegetable Oil Pie Pastry

Ingredients
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 13 c vegetable oil
- 13 c skim milk
- cold water if needed
Directions
- Combine flour and salt in a medium bowl
- Mix oil and milk together with a fork
- Add to flour and mix with hands until just mixed
- Add a little cold water if more liquid is needed
- Split dough into two balls
- Chill 10 minutes
- On a dry floured counter press dough into a flat circle with hands
