Vegetable PizzaLo-Fat
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg fat-free cream cheese such as Philadelphia Free softened
- 14 c light mayonnaise
- 1 4 oz packet of Hidden Valley Ranch original buttermilk recipe dressing mix
- 1 10 oz can Kroger hot and fresh pizza crust in refrigerator case
- 1 to 2 raw carrots
- 2 to 3 raw broccoli flowerets about 14 lb
- 2 to 3 raw cauliflower flowerets about 14 lb
Directions
- Several hours ahead
- Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise in a medium-size bowl stir until smooth
- Add the dressing mix blend well
- Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight
