Vegetable PizzaLo-Fat

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg fat-free cream cheese such as Philadelphia Free softened
  • 14 c light mayonnaise
  • 1 4 oz packet of Hidden Valley Ranch original buttermilk recipe dressing mix
  • 1 10 oz can Kroger hot and fresh pizza crust in refrigerator case
  • 1 to 2 raw carrots
  • 2 to 3 raw broccoli flowerets about 14 lb
  • 2 to 3 raw cauliflower flowerets about 14 lb

Directions

  1. Several hours ahead
  2. Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise in a medium-size bowl stir until smooth
  3. Add the dressing mix blend well
  4. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight
