Vegetable Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 13 c light pasteurized process cream cheese product
  • 18 tsp dried dill weed
  • 18 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 6 to 7-inch flour tortillas
  • 14 c shredded carrot
  • 14 c chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1 Tbsp chopped green onions

Directions

  1. In a small bowl combine cream cheese dill and garlic powder Blend well
  2. Spread about 1 tablespoon mixture on each tortilla Top each with carrot broccoli and onions
  3. Roll up each tortilla and cut in half
