Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can Shoe Peg white corn
  • 1 16 oz can French-style string beans
  • 1 16 oz can tiny peas
  • 34 c chopped celery
  • 1 c chopped onion
  • 12 c red wine vinegar
  • 34 c sugar
  • 12 c oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Heat 12 cup red wine vinegar along with 34 cup sugar
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Add 12 cup oil 1 teaspoon salt and 12 teaspoon pepper
  4. Pour over well drained vegetables and refrigerate
  5. Keeps for days in the refrigerator
