Vegetable SaladMarinated Vegetables

Ingredients
- 12 cauliflower cut into flowerets
- 2 carrots quartered and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green pepper cut into strips
- 1 jar 4 oz pimento cut into strips
- 34 c wine vinegar
- 12 c salad oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Combine last four ingredients with 14 cup water
- Bring to boil
- Add vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes then cool Vegetables should be crisp
- Makes 8 to 10 servings
- Serve in glass bowl
