Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 2 lb beef
- 5 onions
- 7 celery stalks
- 5 carrots
- 5 potatoes
- 1 12 c parsley flakes
- 2 28 oz cans tomatoes or fresh tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp rice
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Directions
- Cook beef and 1 onion with 4 quarts of water for 2 hours After cooked skim off fat on beef
- Then chop beef
- Add all ingredients and simmer for 4 hours
