Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb chuck roast
- 4 potatoes sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 c cabbage sliced
- 3 medium carrots sliced
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 1 c corn frozen
- 1 c green beans
- 12 c macaroni
- 2 c tomato juice
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Slice roast into small pieces 14-inch thick
- Cook roast in pressure cooker for 25 minutes add vegetables to roast
- Cook until done
- Add tomato juice and salt and pepper to taste
