Vegetable Stir-Fry With Light Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 or 2 fresh zucchini chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- margarine
- 1 c whole kernel corn
- 14 c fresh tomato
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Melt margarine in skillet over medium to low heat Add all vegetables but tomatoes Add salt and pepper Stir in tomato cover and steam for 2 minutes Remove from heat
