Vegetable Stock Soup

Ingredients

• 3 c beef stock or ham stock
• 1 c macaroni
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 pkg mixed vegetables
• 1 large can tomatoes
• 1 small onion
• 1 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a large pot
2. Chop onion real fine Add more or less salt and pepper
3. Cook for 1 hour or until done
