Vegetables Confetti
Ingredients
- 2 pkg crescent rolls
- 34 c mayonnaise
- 12 c sour cream
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 envelope Ranch dressing
- 34 c green peppers chopped
- 34 c onion diced
- 34 c seeded tomato
- 34 c broccoli diced
- 34 c carrots diced
- 34 c cauliflower diced
Directions
- Cover bottom of an 11 x 17-inch ungreased pan with rolls spread out flat
- Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes until lightly browned
- Cool
- Mix the cream cheese sour cream mayonnaise and salad dressing mix spread over baked rolls
- Mix diced vegetables together sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture Cover with plastic wrap press vegetables down into cream cheese Keep covered
- Chill 3 to 4 hours
- Cut into small bars
