Vegetarian Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz can Shoepeg corn drained
- 1 16 oz can French-style green beans drained
- 12 c chopped celery
- 12 c chopped bell pepper
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c sour cream
- 1 10 34 oz can cream of celery soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 12 oz box Ritz crackers
- 12 c butter melted
- slivered almonds
Directions
- Mix first 8 ingredients pour into 2-quart shallow casserole dish
- Combine crackers butter and almonds
- Spoon onto top of casserole
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Serves 8
