Vegetarian Hamburger

Ingredients
- 1 c pinto black-eyed peas or lentils
- 1 egg white
- 12 to 1 c cracker meal
- 14 c onion
- 14 tsp garlic powder or garlic
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 14 tsp garlic salt optional
Directions
- Saute onion with garlic for 1 minute set aside
- In a separate bowl mash beans
- Add cracker meal enough to make a ball
- Add cider vinegar egg white onion and garlic
- Grill or bake for 2 12 minutes on each side
