Veggie Bars
Ingredients
- 2 8 count pkg crescent dinner rolls
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese room temperature
- 1 1 oz pkg Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
- 14 c mayonnaise
- 1 bell pepper green
- 1 bell pepper red
- 12 c mushroom
- 12 c broccoli
- 34 c Cheddar cheese grated
Directions
- Chop peppers mushrooms and broccoli set aside
- Line a lightly greased 15 x 10-inch pan with rolls
- Pinch seams together
- Bake at 350
- for 7 to 8 minutes
- Cool
- Mix cream cheese mayonnaise and seasoning together and blend until smooth Spread on rolls Mix all veggies and cheese and sprinkle on cream cheese
- Cover and chill
- Cut in squares
