Veggie Bites
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 small tubes crescent rolls
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 small pkg Ranch dressing
- small bits fresh raw vegetables such as broccoli mushrooms and red and green peppers
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Pat the crescent rolls flat on a large cookie sheet
- Brush with beaten egg
- Bake at 350 for approximately 10 minutes or until light brown
- Cool completely
- Mix mayo cream cheese and Ranch dressing
- Spread on cooled crust
- Top with bits of vegetables and Cheddar cheese
- Refrigerate
