Veggie Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1 large or more clove garlic squeezed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 12 c chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp or more to suit taste Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well
  2. Allow to stand covered in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before serving
  3. Makes about 2 14 cups
  4. Great as a party dip with fresh veggies
