Veggie Dip
Ingredients
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 large or more clove garlic squeezed
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 12 c chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp or more to suit taste Dijon mustard
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well
- Allow to stand covered in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before serving
- Makes about 2 14 cups
- Great as a party dip with fresh veggies
