Vegie Pie
Ingredients
- 2 large pkg crescent rolls
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 23 c mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp dill weed
- fresh vegetables such as chopped green and black olives sliced mushrooms chopped tomatoes bean sprouts cauliflower and green peppers
Directions
- Spread out crescent rolls on large cookie sheet
- Push dough up sides of pan slightly
- Bake 7 to 8 minutes at 375 until golden brown
- Cool
- Blend cream cheese mayonnaise and spices
- Spread over rolls
- Top with vegetables then sprouts
- If made in advance add tomatoes just before serving
