Velveeta Fudge

Ingredients
- 12 lb 2 sticks butter
- 12 lb Velveeta cheese
- 12 c cocoa
- 2 lb powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Melt butter and cheese together over low heat
- Sift cocoa and powdered sugar stir into cheese mixture
- Stir in vanilla and nuts
- Pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish and cut into squares when cool
- Store in refrigerator
