Velveeta Fudge

Ingredients

• 4 lb powdered sugar
• 1 c cocoa
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 1 lb Velveeta cheese
• 1 lb butter oleo
• 3 c pecans chopped

Directions

1. Sift sugar and cocoa together in a large bowl
2. Melt butter and cheese together in microwave
3. Slowly blend with cocoa and sugar mixture
4. Add vanilla and nuts
5. Press into buttered sheet pans
6. Chill in refrigerator until set
