Ingredients
- 3 diced boneless chicken breasts
- 2 12 lb can creamed corn
- 3 c canned chicken broth
- 3 c water
- 1 Tbsp sherry
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 12 c water

- Mix the cornstarch and water to thicken Garnish with diced ham and parsley
