Velvet Crumb Cake

Ingredients
- 1 12 c Bisquick
- 12 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 12 c milk
- 2 Tbsp shortening or oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- fresh fruit and whipped cream or Cool Whip
Directions
- Grease and flour an 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pan or a 9-inch round pan
- Beat all ingredients until well blended and pour into pan Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
- Cool
- Serve with fresh fruit and whipped cream or with Cool Whip as desired
