Velvet Salad

Ingredients
- 1 small can crushed pineapple drained
- 1 small box lime or orange Jell-O
- 8 oz sour cream
- 9 oz Cool Whip
- 1 c chopped pecans
- juice from pineapple
Directions
- Drain pineapple and save juice
- Boil Jell-O and pineapple juice for one minute
- Let cool and mix all ingredients together refrigerate
