Venetian Pasta Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 1 16 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 12 c Parmesan cheese grated
  • 8 lasagna noodles cooked and drained
  • 1 c Mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Crumble sausage in skillet
  2. Brown and drain
  3. Add onion cook until tender
  4. Stir in 12 cup sauce and 13 cup Parmesan cheese Cover each half of noodle with approximately 13 cup sausage mixture roll up starting at narrow end
  5. Place seam side down in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish
  6. Spoon remaining sauce over noodles top with Mozzarella cheese
  7. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese
  8. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  9. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese if desired
  10. Serves 8
