Venetian Pasta Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 16 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 12 c Parmesan cheese grated
- 8 lasagna noodles cooked and drained
- 1 c Mozzarella cheese shredded
Directions
- Crumble sausage in skillet
- Brown and drain
- Add onion cook until tender
- Stir in 12 cup sauce and 13 cup Parmesan cheese Cover each half of noodle with approximately 13 cup sausage mixture roll up starting at narrow end
- Place seam side down in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish
- Spoon remaining sauce over noodles top with Mozzarella cheese
- Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese
- Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Serve with additional Parmesan cheese if desired
- Serves 8
