Venetian Pasta Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 12 c finely chopped onions
  • 1 16 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 12 2 oz Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 lasagna noodles cooked and drained
  • 1 c Mozzarella cheese 4 oz

Directions

  1. Remove casing from sausage crumble sausage into skillet brown and drain
  2. Add onions cook until tender
  3. Stir in 12 cup sauce and 13 cup Parmesan cheese
  4. Cover each noodle with 13 cup sausage mixture
  5. Roll up starting at the narrow end
  6. Place seam side down in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish
  7. Spoon remaining spaghetti sauce over noodles
  8. Top with Mozzarella cheese Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese
  9. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot
  10. Makes 8 servings
