Venetian Pasta Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 12 c finely chopped onions
- 1 16 oz spaghetti sauce
- 12 2 oz Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 lasagna noodles cooked and drained
- 1 c Mozzarella cheese 4 oz
Directions
- Remove casing from sausage crumble sausage into skillet brown and drain
- Add onions cook until tender
- Stir in 12 cup sauce and 13 cup Parmesan cheese
- Cover each noodle with 13 cup sausage mixture
- Roll up starting at the narrow end
- Place seam side down in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish
- Spoon remaining spaghetti sauce over noodles
- Top with Mozzarella cheese Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot
- Makes 8 servings
