Venison Barbecue

Ingredients
- 14 lb oleo or butter
- 2 c chopped onion
- 2 c celery cut fine
- 4 c roasted meat
- 2 8 oz cans Hunts tomato sauce
- 12 c white vinegar
- 12 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp salt

- Eight pounds fresh venison to roast
