Venison Jerky

Ingredients

• 14 c soy sauce
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• 2 tsp liquid smoke
• 3 drops Tabasco sauce

Directions

1. Cut meat into very thin strips
2. Soak for 12 hours in mixture Put in cookie sheet and cook in oven on low heat 160 for 2 12 to 3 hours
