Venison Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground venison
• 12 lb ground pork
• 1 c chopped onion
• 12 c grated carrot
• 12 c chopped celery
• 14 c chopped green pepper
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 12 tsp cumin
• 12 tsp nutmeg
• 34 c bread crumbs
• 12 c tomato sauce
• 3 eggs beaten
• 12 c light cream

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly
2. Place in greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan
3. Bake 1 to 1 14 hours at 350
