Venison Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb ground venison
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 c tomato juice
- 1 minced onion
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
Directions
- Soak bread crumbs in milk then add eggs
- Mix then add venison onion tomato juice and salt and pepper
- Shape into loaf
- Place in baking dish and bake at 375 for one hour
