Venison Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground venison
• 1 c bread crumbs
• 1 c tomato juice
• 1 minced onion
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 tsp salt
• 18 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Soak bread crumbs in milk then add eggs
2. Mix then add venison onion tomato juice and salt and pepper
3. Shape into loaf
4. Place in baking dish and bake at 375 for one hour
