Venison Pepper SteakServes 4 To 6

Ingredients

• 2 lb venison steak
• 4 green peppers sliced
• 3 onions sliced
• 14 c butter
• 1 small can mushrooms
• 14 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Cut venison steak into 12-inch pieces
2. Press the flour salt and pepper into the meat
3. Melt butter in skillet add steak slices
4. Brown on all sides
5. Simmer onions and green peppers in small amount of butter or oil until tender
6. Add meat to onions and peppers cover and simmer for 5 minutes
