Venison Pepper SteakServes 4 To 6

Ingredients
- 2 lb venison steak
- 4 green peppers sliced
- 3 onions sliced
- 14 c butter
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Cut venison steak into 12-inch pieces
- Press the flour salt and pepper into the meat
- Melt butter in skillet add steak slices
- Brown on all sides
- Simmer onions and green peppers in small amount of butter or oil until tender
- Add meat to onions and peppers cover and simmer for 5 minutes
