Venison Soup For Crock-Pot
Ingredients
- 1 lb venison bones or beef bones
- 2 to 3 lb venison meat
- 2 to 3 potatoes washed and diced
- 2 carrots washed and sliced
- 2 cloves garlic peeled whole
- 1 rib celery cut in pieces
- 2 large onions peeled and sliced or diced
- 8 peppercorns whole or ground pepper to taste
- kosher salt to taste
- Hungarian hot pepper to taste
- dried wild mushrooms optional
Directions
- Put everything into a 6-quart crock-pot Fill with water to 12-inch of top Cover Cook on low 6 to 8 hours or until done Adjust salt
- Serve with hearty bread and a salad
