Venison Steaks

Ingredients
- venison steak
- 2 eggs
- milk
- flour
- 2 Tbsp Creole seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix flour salt pepper and Creole seasoning in one bowl Break eggs into a bowl and add a small amount of milk
- Beat
- Cut the venison into serving sizes flour them and then dip into the egg mixture
- Then flour again
- Fry in a pan with vegetable oil After frying place in a covered dish in the oven at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes
