Vermicelli With Spinach And Pasta Sauce
Ingredients
- 8 oz vermicelli
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 12 lb fresh chopped spinach
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 c part skim Ricotta cheese
- 14 c skim milk
- 1 pt pasta sauce
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook spinach in olive oil over medium heat about 10 minutes stirring constantly
- Add salt pepper Ricotta and skim milk Cook over low heat until mixture is heated through
- Do not allow to boil
- Simmer pasta in sauce in a small pan heat through Cook vermicelli according to package drain
