Very Best Swedish Meat Balls

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 3 slices bread
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 onion chopped fine
- 1 to 2 cans 16 oz chicken broth
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet
- 1 c milk
- 14 c flour
Directions
- Soak bread in milk
- Crumble into ground beef and mix well with egg salt pepper and onion
- Form small balls
- Roll balls in flour and then simmer in broth and bouillon for an hour or longer
- You might use an electric frypan at 200
- These freeze well
