VickiS Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 23 c brown sugar
• 23 c flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 4 Tbsp margarine
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 14 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 14 tsp salt
• 14 c milk
• 12 c margarine

Directions

1. Cream the margarine cream cheese and sugar
2. Add eggs and vanilla beat well
3. Sift together the flour baking powder baking soda and salt
4. Add alternately with milk mixing well after each addition Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan
5. Sprinkle with crumb topping
6. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
