Vienna Torte

Ingredients
- 11 egg whites
- 9 egg yolks
- 1 14 c sugar
- 1 c cake flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- dash of salt
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
Directions
- Beat egg yolks until lemon colored
- Add sugar beat well Add flour salt and vanilla
- Beat egg whites until frothy
- Add cream of tartar and beat until very stiff
- Add egg yolk mixture to whites folding carefully
- Pour into large ungreased angel food pan
- Bake 1 hour at 300
