Vinaigrette Dressing
Ingredients
- 34 c olive oil or vegetable oil
- 14 c vinegar
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Combine oil vinegar onion salt and pepper in screw-top jar or small bowl
- Shake or whip with wire whisk until ingredients are well blended and of a thick and creamy consistency
- Use as dressing for fish salads hot or cold vegetables and for marinating meats
- Makes 1 cup dressing
