VioletS Mexican Corn Bread

Ingredients
- 14 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c self-rising flour
- 1 c self-rising corn meal
- 1 c milk
- 1 c whole corn drained
- 12 c Crisco
- 14 c chopped onion
- 3 jalapenos chopped
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 12 lb ground meat cooked
Directions
- Combine all ingredients but meat
- Mix well
- Pour half in an 8-inch iron skillet that has been heated in the oven with oil Then put on layer of meat layer of cheese and then remaining mix Bake 30 minutes at 450
