W-R Never Fail Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 1 c plus 2 Tbsp shortening
- 1 egg
- 5 Tbsp water
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vinegar
Directions
- Cut shortening into flour and salt until mixture resembles fine crumbs
- Combine egg vinegar and water with a fork Sprinkle over dry mixture and mix with a fork
- Let stand 10 minutes
- Roll out this recipe
- Makes 2 2-crust pies
