Wacky CupcakesNo Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 14 c cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 c salad oil
- 1 c cold water
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients into bowl
- Make hole in the center and add rest of ingredients
- Mix and pour into cupcake holders Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350
