Waffle Cookie
Ingredients
- 4 c flour
- 2 12 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 eggs
- 1 lb margarine
- 1 c mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Cream margarine
- Add eggs sugar and vanilla
- Add flour then chocolate chips
- Heat up waffle iron
- Put 2 to 4 small teaspoons of batter
- separately in waffle iron making 2 to 4 cookies
- Close iron then take out with fork
