Waffles
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs separated beaten
- 14 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter soften
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- Sift flour baking powder sugar and salt into a large mixing bowl
- Combine milk and egg yolks
- Add to flour mixture and beat
- Mix in butter
- Combine the frothy egg whites to mixture and mix well
- Pour enough to make a waffle into the waffle Iron
- Makes approximately 4 waffles
- Serve warm
