Waikiki Meat Balls

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb ground meat
- 23 c cracker crumbs
- 12 c minced onions
- 1 egg
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp ginger
- 14 c milk
- 1 Tbsp shortening
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 can pineapple tidbits small can reserve juice
- 12 c brown sugar packed
- 13 c vinegar
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 13 c chopped green chilies
Directions
- Mix thoroughly the beef crumbs onions eggs salt ginger and milk
- Shape mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls
- Melt shortening in large skillet
- Brown and cook meat balls
