Waldorf Salad For A Crowd

Ingredients

• 2 c mayonnaise
• 1 c whipped cream
• 8 lb tart apples
• 2 lb celery chopped
• 2 tsp salt
• 14 c sugar
• 8 oz marshmallows cut
• 8 oz walnuts chopped

Directions

1. Blend mayonnaise and whipped cream
2. Core and chop apples adding to dressing immediately
3. Add other ingredients except walnuts mix lightly
4. Salad can be chilled before serving
5. Add walnuts just before serving
6. Makes 50 13-cup servings 5 quarts
