Waldorf Turkey Toss With Apple Dressing
Ingredients
- 12 c applesauce
- 13 c honey
- 3 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp poppy seed
- 12 tsp paprika
- 12 tsp finely shredded lemon peel
- 12 c salad oil
- salad greens
- 2 c diced cooked turkey
- 2 medium apples chopped
- 12 c broken walnuts
Directions
- Combine applesauce honey vinegar poppy seed paprika and lemon peel Gradually add oil beating with electric mixer until slightly thickened
