Walnut Broccoli
Ingredients
- 3 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 12 Tbsp chicken bouillon crystals
- 34 c water
- 12 c butter
- 8 Tbsp flour
- 3 12 c milk
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 12 small pkg 8 oz herb stuffing
- 6 to 8 oz chopped walnuts
Directions
- Cook broccoli until barely tender
- Drain and put in casserole dish
- Melt the 12 cup butter and add the flour
- Remove from heat and add bouillon
- Gradually add milk
- Return to heat and cook until smooth and boiling
- Pour over broccoli
- Heat the 34 cup water and 6 tablespoons butter
- Add the stuffing and walnuts Sprinkle over broccoli and bake at 400 for 20 to 30 minutes
