Walnut Butter Crunch
Ingredients
- 1 lb butter
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c walnuts coarsely chopped
- 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
- 14 c water
- 12 c nuts finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp 1 tsp corn syrup
Directions
- Melt butter over low heat add sugar stirring constantly until dissolved
- Add water and syrup
- Cook on low until brittle 290
- Remove from heat stir in walnuts
- Spread in greased jellyroll pan cool until hard
- Melt chocolate and pour over crunch sprinkle with finely chopped nuts
- Elevate pan to cool so it doesnt continue to cook
