Walnut Raisin Cake

Ingredients

• 1 13 c brown sugar
• 12 c margarine
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c flour
• 34 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 12 c milk
• 1 c walnuts
• 1 c raisins
• 2 c chopped apples

Directions

1. Combine sugar and margarine then beat in eggs and vanilla Add soda baking powder and cinnamon into egg mixture alternating with milk
2. Add apples nuts and raisins
3. Turn into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350
4. When cool frost if desired
5. Cut into squares
