Walt And RobertaS Favorite Seven Layer Cookies Or Hello Dollys
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 12 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
- 1 6 oz pkg butterscotch chips
- 1 small can shredded coconut
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 12 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Melt butter in pan
- Sprinkle cracker crumbs over melted butter then spread crumbs with chocolate chips then butterscotch chips
- Sprinkle coconut over this followed by the milk poured evenly over the coconut and add the chopped pecans on top
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350
- Cool and cut in 1 12-inch squares
- Use a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Yields approximately 3 dozen
